History – Walter Cerny, who, aside from Mark Occhilupo has been the longest tenured Billabong team rider been part of the Billabong family, reached out in 2010 to create a unique event on the Central Coast to bring the surf community together and foster the youth. That culminated in the first Still Frothy Surf Festival. Since then, the event has continued to grow in size and popularity, as it continues to give back to the community.
In 2012, Walter put together the Still Frothy Board, which allowed for bigger and better opportunities.
