Still Frothy is an independent non-profit organization based out of Pismo Beach, CA. Still Frothy is affiliated with Billabong USA, who is the primary presenting sponsor for the annual “Still Frothy Surf Festival,” which is held at the Pismo Pier over the last weekend of September.
Currently, Still Frothy holds the distinction of being a 501c3 non-profit status. Still Frothy currently does not have any paid staff. The board and its members are volunteering their time and efforts. The only exception to this is during contests, when some staff members are paid by presenting sponsors to provide skills and services paramount to running a high quality event..
